Description:

We are seeking confident, trustworthy and detail-oriented individuals to join our Administration division as a professional Recruiter. Recruiters will source candidates through cold calling, search engines, referrals, networking, career fairs and other avenues; generate and maintain internal and external job postings; and determine effective advertising channels to place appropriate ads. The Recruiter will manage relationships with external agencies and vendors; develop and maintain relationships with colleges, agencies and other sources of high-quality candidates; research, analyze and prepare recruiting statistics and metrics; schedule and attend job fairs; and perform other duties as assigned.

Industry:

This position is part of our Administration division, which supports multiple operating divisions that serve a nationwide customer base in industries ranging from residential communities to the financial industry to the medical field.

Responsibilities:

Our Recruiters are responsible for finding top talent. Other key responsibilities include:

  • Sourcing candidates through cold calling, search engines, referrals, networking, career fairs and other avenues
  • Generating and maintaining internal and external job postings
  • Determining effective advertising channels to place appropriate ads
  • Managing relationships with external agencies and vendors
  • Researching, analyzing and preparing recruiting statistics and metrics
  • Scheduling and attending job fairs
  • Pre-screening, interviewing, assessing and hiring top-quality candidates
  • Performing thorough background and reference checks on all potential candidates prior to job offers
  • Providing detailed information to senior management
  • Making recommendations regarding recruitment programs, budgets and collateral to attract applicants
  • Promoting our company reputation and values through personal appearance, resourcefulness and integrity
  • Understanding and upholding the policies, professional standards, and values of our company and the industries it serves
  • Other duties as assigned

Experience:

Recruiter candidates must have two to four years’ related experience or equivalent experience in recruiting or staffing.

Education:

A bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university is required.
